Traceability is the capability to trace something. In some cases, it is interpreted as the ability to verify the history, location, or application of an item by means of documented recorded identification.
As one of OTS’s turbo parts quality control ability, we are able to offer full traceability of every piece of turbine shaft wheel.
QR code can be printed on the back of every turbine wheel. Once the QR code is scanned, the accurate dimensions history can be traced. In this way, we are maintaining the high quality, and give customers confidence.
Industry practice is that only the first piece or several pieces are checked, we can offer service to check / inspect every single piece turbine shaft wheel.
