OTS is equipped with advanced machines to carry out 5-axis CNC machining for large centrifugal compressor impeller. These centrifugal impellers are usually used for ship engines, turbo-machines for petrol chemical applications and other industrial compressors. The material could be aluminum, stainless steel and others as customers specify.
The largest centrifugal impeller / compressor wheel OTS can machine is Ø900mm.
Except offer 5-axis CNC machining solution, OTS also has the capability to design impeller according to customers’ specification or to work with an existing benchmark.
